Share Your Stuff Tuesdays and some BIG NEWS!

Hey everybody!  Hope your week is off to a great start!  We have been enjoying some great fall like weather around here-LOVE it!! We also took time to remember the events on September 11th this past week.  Click on this picture for my thoughts on the day from a firefighter wife's perspective.

Now, on to our BIG NEWS!  This will be our final week of Share Your Stuff Tuesdays.  It has been an incredible journey that I have been so honored to be a part of!  Erin from Table for Seven created this wonderful party but is starting a new chapter in life, and therefore is no longer able to continue with the party.  In honor of her, we felt is was best to 'retire' our party.  She is an incredible blogger and I will miss working with her greatly! 

But, the great news is that a few of us co-hosts will be starting a NEW PARTY!  Inspire Me Mondays will begin at 8:00am central time on Mondays and run through 8:00am Friday.  We are so excited to get started with it and hope you will join us next Monday as we kick it off!  And if you would like a reminder sent to your inbox about the party, don't forget to subscribe to the blog by using the box in the sidebar.

Thoughts from a Fire Wife on September 11th

Can you believe it has already been another year since we last remembered this day?  I sure can't.  Each year the time seems to go faster and faster.  I wrote a post last year on my thoughts on this day from a Fire Wife's perspective.  You can find it just by clicking here.

Thank you to all of our brave men and women who are out protecting us every day!

And of course, I can not go without mentioning the thousands of innocent victims that were lost on that day as well.

I hope that today you will spend some time remembering all of these families, as well as spending some special time with your own family.  Have a blessed day!

One Year Down!

Happy Labor Day to those of you here in the states!  We are spending our day cleaning out clothes that no longer fit and toys that are no longer played with!  I just love the feeling of dropping off a large load of stuff at Goodwill!
